GUIDELINES

• I do not do commissions of the following subjects and/or depictions: pornography, inappropriate depictions of minors, full on gore, incest, or anything I would deem inappropriate.
• I reserve the right to display commissions for non-commercial use unless requested otherwise.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are negotiable under these following conditions:

• If for any reason you decide to cancel the commission BEFORE I begin working on your commission. You will be repaid in full.
• If you commissioned multiple pieces and decide to cancel your order, you will only be refunded for the commissions that have not been started on. Additionally, you will receive files for the completed works that were part of the original order.
• If under special circumstances I am unable to fulfill my services. This refers to me being physically unable to fulfill my services, or a personal matter and/or emergency comes up that renders me unable to fulfill my services.

Refunds are NON negotiable if: 

• You are personally unsatisfied with the product after the commission is finalized and you have received the image files.
